Die Wohnung hat ca. 53 qm und 2 größere Räume von ca. 15 qm und einen kleinen/halben Raum.
Eine Küche mit einer älteren Einbauküche und ein Duschbad ist vorhanden.
Pro Zimmer 300 € inklusive Nebenkosten, beide Zimmer 600 €. Geeignet für Zweck-WG von 2 Studenten, die miteinander klarkommen und die keine komplizierte WG-Geschichte möchten. Eventuell 3 Studenten, dann zahlen zwei jeweils 225 € und einer 150 €.
Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt sowie Bus zur Uni quasi vor der Tür.
Mit dem Fahrrad in 20 Minuten ins Viertel.
Keine Haustiere - No pets.
