Ab dem 01.10.2020 ist ein Zimmer in meinem großen Einfamilienhaus in Bremen Sebaldsbrück/Schlossparkviertel im Erdgeschoss frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 11qm groß hat jedoch ein eigenes Dusch-Bad, nur für dich allein. Insgesamt hat das Haus zwei Etagen á 90qm und ist zusätzlich voll unterkellert. Das Haus ist Anfang dieses Jahres vollständig renoviert/saniert worden und liegt in einer Sackgasse direkt am Schlosspark. Es verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung sowie über neue Fenster und Türen, die über den neuesten Sicherheitsstandard verfügen. Die große nagelneue Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein und gliedert sich direkt an das 40qm große Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Blick in den schönen Garten. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du gerne den Vorflur für einen zusätzlichen Kleiderschrank o.ä. nutzen. Falls du mal eine Badewannen-Session brauchst, befindet sich oben noch ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Badewanne, welches gerade komplett saniert wird.
Am Haus befindet sich eine große Terrasse, auf der man Grillen oder einfach den Abend ausklingen lassen kann, sowie weitere Sitzgelegenheiten in dem großen Garten verteilt. Auf der langen Auffahrt kannst du (falls vorhanden) dein Auto abstellen. Für Fahrräder o.ä. eignet sich die Garage mit Zugang zur Terrasse.

From October 1st, 2020 a room will be available in my large family house in Bremen Sebaldsbrück / Schlossparkviertel on the ground floor. The room is about 11 square meters but has its own shower-bath, just for you. The house has a total of two floors of 90sqm each and has a full basement. The house was completely renovated / refurbished at the beginning of this year and is located in a dead-end right next to the Schlosspark. It has underfloor heating and new windows and doors that have the latest safety standards. The large, brand new kitchen invites you to cook together and is divided directly into the 40 square meter living and dining room with a view of the beautiful garden. If you want, you can use the hallway for an additional wardrobe or similar.
If you ever need a bathtub session, there is another bathroom with a bathtub, which is currently being completely renovated.
The house has a large terrace where you can have a barbecue or simply end the evening with your mates, as well as more seating areas in the large garden. You can park your car on the garage driveway (if you have one). For bicycles or similar the garage with access to the terrace is suitable.
Zur Uni fährt die Bus-Linie 21 direkt durch, die Haltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Mit der Linie 25 bist du zügig in der Innenstadt. Die Straßenbahnen 2 und 10 sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Solltest du bei Mercedes Arbeiten, müsstest du nur durch den Park. Einkaufsläden wie Kaufland, Real, Rewe und Aldi sind direkt um die Ecke. Spielst du Tennis, kannst du nebenan im Verein direkt anheuern, solltest du gerne schwimmen, ist das Schlossparkbad auch nicht weit entfernt.

Bus route 21 goes straight to the university, the bus stop is not far away. Route 25 takes you to the city center in no time. Trams 2 and 10 are also not far away. If you work at Mercedes, you only have to walk through the park. Markets like Kaufland, Real, Rewe and Aldi are right around the corner. If you play tennis, you can hire a club next door, and if you like to swim, the Schlossparkbad is not far away.
Zu mir: Ich bin Jan, 87er Baujahr und Sicherheitsingenieur in Bremen-Schwachhausen. Im Winter spiele ich Eishockey und im Sommer gehe ich meiner Segel-Leidenschaft nach. Ich sitze abends nach der Arbeit gerne auf der Terrasse bei einem Bier oder kümmere mich um den Garten. Sollte ich mal im Keller wühlen, bin ich wohl gerade in meiner Werkstatt und baue wieder irgendetwas…
Gegenüber Grillabenden o.ä. in großer Runde habe ich nichts einzuwenden, ich freue mich über Leben in der Bude.
Zu dir: Du solltest nicht nur in deinem Zimmer hocken, sondern gerne am WG-Leben teilnehmen und irgendwo zwischen 20 und 35 sein. Man muss nicht vom Boden essen können, aber wenn dir die Begriffe „Staubsaugen & Spülmaschine ein-/ausräumen“ etwas sagen, wäre das von Vorteil 😉 Wenn du schon immer mal ein eigenes Kräuter- und Gemüsebeet haben wolltest, feel free (Platz ist genug da).

About me: I'm Jan, born in '87 and a safety engineer in Bremen-Schwachhausen. In winter I play ice hockey and in summer I pursue my passion for sailing. In the evening I like to sit on the terrace with a beer or take care of the garden. Should I rummage in the cellar, I'm probably just in my workshop and building something again ...

To you: You shouldn't just sit in your room, you should enjoy sharing life and be somewhere between 20 and 35.
It doesn't have to be sparkling clean, but if the terms "vacuum cleaning & loading the dishwasher" mean something to you, it would be an advantage 😉 If you've always wanted your own herb and vegetable patch, feel free (there is enough space here).
Da ich gerade in den letzten Atemzügen der Sanierung bin, könnte auf den Bildern noch etwas Chaos herrschen. Das obere Bad wird in den nächsten zwei Wochen fertig gestellt, daher „noch“ Baustelle. Dein Zimmer wird zum Einzug leergeräumt und sauber sein.

Since I'm in the last breath of the renovation, there could still be some chaos in the pictures. The upper bathroom will be completed in the next two weeks, so it is “still” under construction. Your room will be emptied and clean when you move in.
