mitten im Viertel (Vor dem Steintor, Trams 2, 3, 10) wird zum 20. August/ 1. September bis Ende Oktober oder sogar Ende November 2009 ein ca. 20 qm WG-Zimmer (Laminat, zwei große Fenster, daher hell) frei. Es kann leer oder teilmöbliert vermietet werden. An Dich?! Miete ca. EUR 285, darin ist alles enthalten (warm mit Nebenkosten und Telefon/DSL-Flat). Deponat in Höhe einer Monatsmiete.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock nach hinten raus, hat ein Wannenbad, eine nette, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd und WaMa, Fahrradkeller und Abstellkeller. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett, die Hausverwaltung lässt einen nicht hängen.
Als Zwischenmieter/in suche ich (m 31, Doktorand) rücksichtsvolle, WG-erfahrene, nicht putzscheue Verstärkung mit Witz und Lust auf WG. Nichtrauchende bevorzugt, aber keine Bedingung! :)
