Wir haben ab dem 1.8. für einige Monate (wohl bis Ende Dezember, möglicherweise auch bis Ende Januar) ein möbliertes Zimmer in unserer 5er-WG (Vor dem Steintor im Viertel) abzugeben. Dabei ist der Mietzeitraum variabel. Alles eine Frage der Absprache! Wir sind 3 x m26/27 und w21 und suchen bevorzugt weibliche Verstärkung! Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß, schön hell, nach hinten raus gelegen und mit nem super fernseher versehen, der drin bleibt...:-) Unsere WG hat eine große komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche, zwei Bäder, eine Waschmaschine, Telefon- und Internetflat...halt alles, was man so braucht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung perfekt mitten im Viertel gelegen: viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und die Straßenbahnen 2,3 und 10 direkt vor der Tür (5 Minuten zum Bahnhof und in die City). Das Zimmer kostet insgesamt (Miete, SWB, Telefon/Internet) ca. 330 Euro. Falls du Lust hast, dir die Wohnung und uns mal anzugucken, meld dich einfach unter: ----/-------
