Moin Moin liebe WG-Suchende,
da ich umziehen werde, wird mein schönes und super großes Zimmer in bester Lage zum Sielwall frei.
Das Zimmer hat 23m², 3 große Fenster und Pakett-Fußboden. Die Wohnung an sich hat 5 Zimmer. 3 davon besetzen wir, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Abstellraum, Küche, Bad.
Die Miete beträgt 300Euro und ich zahle monatlich meiner Mitbewohnerin 10Euro fürs Internet. 387Euro Kaution.
Zu meinen Mitbewohnern: da hätten wir Fiona, Politikstudentin, und Steffen, der gerade ein Praktikum absolviert. Wir sind grad alle ein wenig im Umbruch, da die beiden auch am Ende des Sommers Bremen für eine Weile verlassen werden. Das heißt für dich; du könntest mit entscheiden wer hier zukünftig wohnen wird.
