wir, Sabrina (28 Jahre) und Tobias (29 Jahre), suchen für unser drittes Zimmer für drei Monate (März, April, Mai) eine/n MitbewohnerIn zur Zwischenmiete oder ggf. auch länger.
Ich, Sabrina, arbeite als Sozialarbeiterin und Tobi beendet gerade sein Studium (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen).
Unsere Wohnung liegt an der Sielwallkreuzung und ist ca. 80 qm groß. Wir haben eine nette Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine.
DEIN Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und teilmöbliert (Kommode, kleiner Tisch, Regal, Bett, jedoch ohne Matratze). Wenn Ihr keine Möbel braucht, ist das kein Problem.
Der Preis beträgt 255 € (WM, ohne andere Nebenkosten, mit Telefon und Internet).
Wenn Ihr Lust auf eine nette WG mit keinem Zwang zum Zusammen, aber einem netten Gemeinschaftsleben habt, kein/e RaucherIn und zwischen 25 und 35 Jahre alt seid, dann meldet Euch.
