Hallo,
ich vermiete mein sonniges, schönes Zimmer. Frei wird es am 04. April und vermieten möchte ich es bis Ende Juli- aber ich bin auch ganz flexibel. Ein früherer Einzug wäre auch machbar und über einen früheren, oder späteren Auszug können wir auch reden.
Die Möbel bleiben für diese Zeit alle im Zimmer und können genutzt werden (großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Spiegel).
Ich habe ein großes Fenster und der Blick fällt direkt ins Grüne.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist genauso hell und schön, wie mein Zimmer. Wir haben eine recht große Küche, in der man auch gemütlich sitzen kann, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Wanne, und ein großes Wohnzimmer, dass zum Beisammensein einläd. Meine 2 männlichen Mitbewohner (beide 25) sind gesellig und freuen sich über gemeinsame Koch- und Spieleabende, aber das ist kein Muss.

I´d like to offer my sunny and bright room for at least 3 or 4 moth, beginning on April 4th (But I am very flexible. If someone wants to move in earlier, be can talk about it. we can also talk about the end date!)
My furniture (bed, desk, wardrope, mirror, bookshelf ) will stay inside the room and you are welcome to use it.
The rest of the flat is as nice and bright as my room. We have quite a big kitchen where we usually cook and sit together; a cosy livingroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
My male flatmates ( both 25) are very friendly and are looking forward to sharing time and cooking together with the new flatmate.
Die Manteuffelstraße ist eine ruhige Nebenstraße der Bismarckstraße. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten direkt im Viertel, mit dem Fahrrad gehts natürlich noch schneller. Die Buslinie 25 hält direkt vor unserem Haus. Falls man auf Straßenbahnen angewiesen ist, dann ist die Haltestelle "Am Dobben" nicht weit entfernt, wo Linie 4, 5 und 10 fahren.
Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten beim nächsten Netto.
2 bis 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad dauert es bis zu einem großen Bio-Supermarkt und zu einem Edeka, der bis 24h geöffnet hat.

The Flat is located in the Manteuffel-street, next to the Bismarck-street. The Quarter is called Fesenfeld and it is right next to the "Viertel", where a lot of student bars and nice little shops are located. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there.
The Bus 25 stops right in front of our house and it takes about 10 minutes by foot to get the the tram station "Am Dobben".
We have a Netto right in front of our house and Edeka and an organic supermarket are really close by.
Es ist ein lockeres Zusammenleben- oftmals wird gemeinsam gekocht. Gerne verbringen wir auch freie Zeit zusammen, aber das ist kein Muss.
Du solltest aufgeschlossen sein, und dich nicht nur in deinem Zimmer verkriechen; dann passt das bestimmt ganz gut.
Gesucht wird außerdem jemand, der sich nicht davor scheut, mal einen Putzlappen in die Hand zu nehmen.
