Hi Leute,
ab April muss ich Bremen für ein halbes Jahr verlassen! (April- Oktober). Ich suche für mein Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter. Es handelt sich hier um eine 2er-WG. Ihr würdet hier mit meiner super lieben Mitbewohnerin (23) zusammen leben. Euer Zimmer wäre ca, 19m²

Es gibt einen Balkon, Garten, Keller, Fahrradschuppen. Monatliche Miete beträgt ca. 408 € Warm inkl. Internet.

Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage. 5 Minuten bis zur Bahn Linie 10,2,3 und Bus 25. In kürzester Zeit ist man direkt im Viertel.
Eure zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist 23 und super lieb.
Hier wird gerne mal zusammen gekocht oder Wein getrunken. Wenn Freunde vorbei kommen ist es gar kein Problem, solange nicht jedes Wochenden eine Houseparty stattfindet :D
