wir (zwei Berufstätige w,m, beide über dreißig) suchen zum 15.8. und zum 1.9. zwei neue Mitbewohner_innen für ein etwa 22qm und ein etwa 25qm großes Zimmer in der Schweizer Straße, sehr ruhig gelegen, mitten im Viertel. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit großer Küche, großem Bad (mit Dusche und Badewanne), zusätzlichem WC, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem wunderschönen Balkon. Außerdem gibt’s Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, DSL- und Festnetzflatrate. Die WG ist Teil eines selbstverwalteten Hauses in Mieterhand. Das 22qm große Zimmer kostet 430 Euro, das 25 qm große Zimmer 460 Euro (warm, inkl. Strom, Internet, Netflix). Wir suchen Personen, die nicht nur vorübergehend ein Zimmer suchen, ungefähr in unserem Alter sind und gerne in WGs wohnen.
