Wir suchen ab dem 1/12/17 einen neue MitbewohnerIn für ein ca. 16qm großes Zimmer in einer tollen 3er-WG im Viertel weil Jude auszieht. Das Zimmer ist in der innen seite und nicht sehr laut , ist sehr hell wenn die sonne scheint und hat ein eingebautes Hochbett. Es kostet €310 – alles inklusiv.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine typische Bremer Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Holzdielen. Außerdem haben wir eine große Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Sielwall (Ostertorsteinweg!) mit vielen Cafes, Bars und Geschäften in der Nähe.
Wir sind Chris (m27), Lisa (w28) und Jude (m32); Chris arbeitet in der Uni Oldenburg und Lisa arbeitet bei ArcelorMitall. Wir suchen einen gleichgesinnten, entspannten und freundlichen Mitbewohner (m/w), im Alter 24 bis Mitte 30. Wir wollen weder eine Zweck-WG noch eine verrückte Party-WG, sondern eine entspannte, gesellige und lebhafte Atmosphäre. ;-)

We are looking for a new flatmate from 01.12.17 for a approx. 16 square meters room in a great 3er-WG in Viertel because Jude is moving out.The room is in the inner side and not very noisy, is very bright when the sun is shining and has a built up high bed. It costs € 310 - all inclusive
The WG: The apartment includes a cosy living room, bathroom with bath, and a spacious kitchen as well as a storage room. The apartment is situated on the main road; there are lots of cafe’s, bars and bakeries nearby, and the closest tram stop (Sielwall) is a minute’s walk away.
We are Chris (m27), Lisa (w28) and Jude (m32); Chris works at the University of Oldenburg and Lisa works at ArcelorMitall. We are looking for a like-minded, relaxed and friendly flatmate mid-20s to mid 30s to replace our lovely flatmate who is moving to England. We want to create a chilled out, sociable and lively atmosphere, and so do not want a Zweck-WG ;-)
