I am looking for a new flatmate to share my 2-room flat located in the Viertel (Sielwall).
Your room is ca. 18 m2, is very bright, quiet and comfortable and has direct access to the balcony with a nice view for the garden. The room is available from 01.08.2018 or earlier by agreement. The flat has a kitchen, a bathroom, a small entrance room and a balcony (where we can grow vegetables and herbs). It also includes the access to a beautiful communal garden, laundry/drying room and a cellar where you can park your bicycle. The Osterdeich is just 2 min walking distance from here, and it is perfect if you like to practice sports and/or enjoying the sunset and a beer by the river. The price is 360 Euros including the utility costs, eco-electricity, internet and ARD taxes. One caution of 400 Euros will be asked when you move in, and give it back to you in the end of the contract.
About me. I am Célia (37), a literature/book lover and a coffee addict. I enjoy long breakfasts and nice conversations, spending time in the nature and going to music concerts. I speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and more and more German. I am currently writing my PhD dissertation, therefore I spend a lot of time at home writing and working for the projects which I am involved.
I am looking for a quiet and friendly flatmate, which may share common interests (music, feminism, politics, vegan/vegetarianism, urban/balcony gardening) and would like to spend some time together/get along (cooking, having a beer, going out). I would prefer a German speaker so I could improve my German. In return, I will be very happy to speak with you in Portuguese and/or Spanish, if you are interested in learning/improving these languages.
