Ich gehe für ein halbes Jahr weg, daher werden meine beiden Zimmer in der WG frei. Ein Schlafzimmer, ca. 13 m² und ein Arbeitszimmer, ca. 8 m². Perfekt für's Homeoffice. Die Zimmer werden möbliert vermietet. Durch die großen Fenster und die hohen Decken (dank Altbau 3m hoch) sind die Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Küche bietet genug Platz für zwei Leute, für ausreichend Stauraum ist auch gesorgt. Außerdem ist sie ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist klein aber fein. Es gibt einen geräumigen Abstellraum.
Das Highlight, vor allem im Sommer, ist die große Dachterrasse!

Two rooms are offered for rent. One bedroom, about 13 m² and one office, about 8 m². Perfect for home office. Due to the large windows and the high ceilings (thanks to old building 3m high) the rooms are very bright.
The kitchen offers enough space for two people, sufficient storage space is also provided. It is also equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is small but nice. There is a spacious storage room.
The highlight, especially in summer, is the large roof terrace!
Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral. Die Wohnung liegt genau an der Grenze vom Viertel zu Peterswerder. Die Nähe zum Osterdeich (200m die Straße runter) ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Bahnen fahren direkt um die Ecke ab und du brauchst nicht länger als eine Minute um in die Bahn zu springen. Genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette kleine Läden sind in wenigen Metern zu erreichen.

The location is quite central. The apartment is right on the edge of Bremen Viertel and Peterswerder. The closeness to the Osterdeich (200m down the street) is an absolute advantage. Trams leave right around the corner and you don't need more than a minute to jump into the tram. Various grocery stores and nice little stores can be reached in a few meters.
Bisher war das WG-Leben immer sehr gesellig, das soll auch weiterhin so bleiben :-) Da es aber nur eine 2er WG ist, hängt das natürlich dann auch von der zukünftigen Konstellation ab. Und du solltest Hunde mögen, ab und zu ist der Hund von der Familie meiner Mitbewohnerin mal da :-)

The vibe in the flat was always very social, this should remain so :-) But since it is only a 2-person WG, it depends of course then also on the future constellation. And you should like dogs, the dog of my roommate's family is visiting from time to time :-)
