Für ein schönes Zimmer im Bremer Viertel suchen wir zwecks Auslandssemester eine*n Zwischenmieter*in.
Unsere Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Das freiwerdende Zimmer liegt auf der unteren Etage, zusammen mit Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer.
Dein neues Zimmer ist aufgrund von zwei großen Fenstern recht hell, ruhig und geht zur Westseite Richtung Ritterstraße raus. Ansonsten ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt: einem großen Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum, einem 1,50m breiten Bett sowie zwei Nachttische, einer kleinen Kommode für Krimskrams sowie einem Schreibtisch mit Drucker und Co. im abgetrennten Büroraum.
Das gemeinsame WG-Wohnzimmer ist ungefähr 15m² groß und lädt zu entspannten Stunden ein: Hier gibt es eine gemütliche Couch, einen Fernseher und eine Xbox, einen ausziehbaren Esstisch sowie ein großes Wandregal.
An die kleine, aber feine Küche grenzt ein Balkon zur Ostseite und zu den ruhigen Hinterhöfen, mit viel Morgensonne. Hier lässt es sich zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit schön beisammen sitzen.

Due to a semester abroad, we are looking for a tenant to take over my beautiful room in our cozy flat in the Viertel. Your new room will have two big windows towards the West side, thus it will be very bright and calm. It comes fully furnished with everything you might need e.g. a large wardrobe, a queen-sized bed with two bedstands, a little cupboard for random stuff as well as a desk with a printer in the cut-off office chamber.
Furthermore, you will have a comfortable living room that you'll share with your new flatmate Lea. The living room roughly covers 15m² and offers you a comfy sofa, a TV with an XBOX, a dining table and a large bookshelf.
Furthermore, there is a small balcony to the East side with lots of morning sun, that is great to hang out on at every time of the day.
Die Wohnung ist optimal mitten im Herzen des Viertels gelegen:
Bermudadreieck und Sielwall sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, dennoch herrscht in unserer Straße eine eher ruhige, familiäre Atmosphäre.
Entsprechend gut ist auch die Anbindung, da die Haltestelle Sielwall, von der die 2,3 und 10 abfahren, 2 Minuten zu Fuß gelegen ist. Auch die Nahversorgung lässt vierteltypisch kaum einen Wunsch offen: Rewe, Alnatura, Netto und diverse Bäcker sind alle innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie zahlreiche Kioske, DHL Paketshops usw. Und außerdem lockt ein großes Angebot an Cafés und Bars direkt um die Ecke.

The flat is ideally located in the very heart of the Viertel.
Bermudadreieck and Sielwall (where a lot of bars and restaurants are) are just a stone's throw away, however, the street (Ritterstraße) itself is rather peaceful and family friendly.
Accordingly, the flat is very well connected to the public transport, with the next tram station (Line 2,3 and 10) being only 2 minutes away by foot. Furthermore, you'll find all the essential shops you may need: different supermarktes, bakerys, convenience stores and post offices are just around the corner.
Unsere 2er-WG besteht bisher aus Cornelius (26) und Lea (27). Da Cornelius Bremen bis August für sein Auslandssemester verlässt, suchen wir für diesen Zeitraum eine*n nette*n Zwischenmieter*in.
Du wirst also mit Lea zusammen wohnen. Nach ihrem Bachelor an der HfK studiert sie nun im Master Kunstwissenschaft und Filmwissenschaft an der Uni.
In ihrer Freizeit mag Lea Musik (zu hören oder selbst zu machen), zeichnen und Trickfilm. Ansonsten ist sie sehr gesellig und gerne unter Leuten, auch gern mal spontan, hat Lust auf nette Gespräche in der Küche und einen gemeinsamen Kaffee, Tee oder Wein, wenn es sich ergibt. Jedenfalls freut sie sich über ein angenehmes und freundliches WG-Miteinander, das von Respekt und gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme geprägt ist.

Our shared flat consisted of Cornelius (26) and Lea (27). Since Cornelius is leaving Bremen until August for his semester abroad, we are looking for a sub-tenant for said period.
You will be living together with Lea, a film and art studies master's degree student, who already completed a bachelor's degree at the University of the Arts (HfK).
In her free time, she loves to listen to or make musik, drawing and animating short movies. Besides, she is very sociable, loves to be around other people and likes to chat in the kitchen with a cup of coffee, tee or a glass of wine, if there is the occasion to do so. In any case, she is looking forward to a cheerful and pleasant shared living that is carried by mutual respect and considerateness.
