Ich bin Lea (29) und in meiner Wohnung mitten im Viertel wird für die nächsten drei Monate ein Zimmer frei.
Ich würde mich riesig freuen über den Sommer mit einer aufgeschlossenen und entspannten FLINTA Person zusammen zu leben.
Ich biete dir ein 21qm großes Zimmer (mit oder ohne Möbel), eine semi-gut ausgestattete Küche, die ich mit meine Kochkünsten ausgleiche, ein Bad mit Dusche, viel zu viele Zimmerpflanzen und einen WG-Balkon :)
Ich bin tagsüber sehr viel zu Hause, da ich an meiner Master Arbeit schreibe und abends bin ich viel mit meinen Freund:innen unterwegs. Falls du also Anschluss brauchst, kannst du den bei uns finden.
Ansonsten spiele ich gerne Ukulele und verbringe gemeinsame Kochabende und handwerke gerne. Du darfst dich auch super gerne im Juli in den anstehenden Küchenumbau einbringen, wenn du darauf Lust hast.

my name is Lea (29) and for the next three months, I'll have a room available right in the centre of the Viertel.
I would love to co-live this summer with an open and easy-going FLINTA person.
I am offering a 21sm big room (with or without furniture), a kitchen that has seen better days, but I'm trying to make up for it with my cooking skills, a bathroom with shower, lots and lots of plants and a balkony :)
during the day I'm home quite a lot as I am writing my masters thesis at the moment. and at night I'm out and about with my friends. so if you're looking for some nice people to spend time with you're more than welcome to join us.
additionally, I like practicing my ukulele and singing skills, I love joint cooking sessions and I am very much into crafting.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Viertel, so 2 Gehminuten vom Eck. Glücklicherweise ist die Wohnung nach hinten raus, sodass es relativ ruhig in der Wohnung selbst ist.
Die Trams 2, 3 und 10 sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt einen Rewe, Penny, Edeka und Alnatura in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Seit neuestem hat gleich ein paar Häuser weiter ein neuer Kiosk eröffnet :)

the flat is right in the Viertel, it's about a two minute walk to the Eck. Luckily the flat is in the back of the house so that it's rather quiet and calm in here.
you can reach trams 2, 3 and 10 in 3 minutes by foot. there is a rewe, penny, edeka and alnatura quite close by. and since some weeks there's a new kiosk just a few houses down :)
