Soon there will be two rooms available for short term rent in our beautiful WG. Four people live in our flat in the heart of Viertel and since Imke and I will be away travelling during August till September, that means that you will get the chance to live with Artur and Matthias. They are both into sports, always chill and in for spending time with their flatmates -from having a cup of coffee in the morning to planning cheap wine tasting nights. The room is fully furnished. The rent is 345€ including all the expenses.

Ich suche neue*n Mitbewohner*in vom 1. August bis 15. September, da ich auf dieser Zeit auf Reisen sein werde. Wenn du ein paar Tage früher oder später ausziehen möchtest, können wir auch eine Lösung finden :)
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Hochbett, Kommode, Kleiderständer, Schreibtisch, Sofa und Sessel). Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und bekommt viel Licht. Ich kann die Kommode ausräumen, damit du deine Kleidung herausnehmen kannst, und wir können gemeinsam alle Umstellungen vornehmen, die du im Zimmer brauchst, damit du deine Sachen unterbringen kannst.
Eine Sache, die du vielleicht wissen solltest, ist, dass es im Moment keine Vorhänge gibt. Das ist etwas, das ich versuche, zu beheben. Wenn du also leicht von der Sonne geweckt wirst, könnte es ein bisschen schwierig für dich werden.
Die Miete beträgt 345€ mit alles zusammen.
Du bist in 3 Minuten am Sielwall. Viele nette Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Rewe, Penny und Edeka sind auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
In unserer Wohnung im Herzen des Viertels leben vier Leute, und da Imke und ich von August bis September auf Reisen sind, hast du die Möglichkeit, mit Artur und Matthias zu wohnen. Die beiden sind sportlich, immer chill und lieben es, Zeit mit ihren Mitbewohnern zu verbringen - von einer Tasse Kaffee am Morgen bis zur Planung von cheap wine tasting.

° Ich spreche mit meinen Mitbewohnern auf Englisch, da meine Deutschkenntnisse noch nicht so gut sind. Wenn du also gut mit Englisch umgehen kannst, kannst du mir auch einen Text auf Englisch schreiben. Wenn nicht, ist das auch in Ordnung. Ich werde mein Bestes auf Deutsch versuchen :)
° Es gibt auch ein weiteres Zimmer (33 qm) in der WG frei vom 15. August bis 15. September. Der Preis ist 370€
