A Nice and cosy fully furnished room is available from 1st of August till 30th of August or longer. The room is 21 m2 with a private bathroom and common kitchen as shown in the pictures. The room is located on the university campus and 13 minutes to the Central station by tram. The room is fully furnished, clean, calm area and you can see the campus garden from your room window.
The kitchen and small living room are considered as a common area with other flatmates as you have your private bathroom in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and boiler.
Your room has a bed, a cupboard, bookshelf, mirror and chair.
We have a big laundry room downstairs near to the parking area, you can use the drying or the washing machine.
you can park your bicycle for free and there is a car parking area with extra fees.
we have a reception working daily from 9-5 pm, so they can receive your emails and post and keep it for you.
The price includes all utilities ( water, electricity, heating and internet). Moreover, it includes maintenance, so if you have something needs to be fixed or burned lamp you can just ask reception for help.
