wir sind 2 Studenten, im 5. Fachsemester, männlich und 24 Jahre alt.
Wir haben zwei Zimmer an eine nette Person abzugeben - das eine misst ca. 10qm und hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon, das zweite ist um die 7qm und beide gehen vom gemeinsamen Flur ab.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen den Bahnhaltestellen Am Dobben und Rembertistraße, also super Anbindung zu Bus, Bahn und Zug sowie dem Bahnhof, das Viertel und die City etc.
Frei ist das ganze theoretisch ab sofort, ansonsten zum 1.4.
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf geschätzte 250 Euro warm. Da wir selbst gerade erst am Einziehen sind, muss dieses noch im letzten Detail aufgedröselt werden (Telefonfrage ist z.B. noch offen)
Zur Mitbenutzung gibt es noch eine Loggia mit einem ganz passablen Blick auf die Domtürme.
