Hallo,
wir suchen für die Zeit vom 1.8. bis zum 30.9. (Zeit auch noch verhandelbar)eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für ein ca. 12 qm großes Zimmer in unserer 3er WG in der Bismarckstraße. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, aber ansonsten ist eigentlich alles was man sonst so braucht in unserer Wohnung vorhanden, wir haben ein schönes Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit Balkon dran, ne Waschmaschine, Internet- und Telefonflat und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet...
Außerdem haben wir Plus und Subway direkt vor der Tür, sowie eine Bushaltestelle, der Bahnhof ist nicht weit und das Steintor mit seinen vielen netten Kneipen, Shops und Bistros ist auch direkt nebenan!
Das Zimmer kostet mit allem drin, also auch Tele- und Internetflat ca. 280 Euro im Monat!
Zu uns: Wir sind beide 23 Jahre alt und befinden uns im letzten Semester unseres Studiums.
