Hallo.
Ich suche für den Sommer (von Anfang/ Mitte August bis Mitte September) eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer netten Dreier - WG. Es handelt sich um ein großes Altbremer Haus im Viertel, welches wir zu dritt bewohnen.
Das Haus verfügt über eine riesige sehr schöne Wohnküche mit direktem Zugang zu einem kleinen Innenhof. Weiterhin gibt es eine Dachterrasse, zwei Bäder, eines davon mit Badewanne sowie Dielenboden im kompletten Haus.
Das Zimmer beträgt ca. 11qm und ist voll möbliert (Hochbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Hängeschränke, Sofa). Es kostet all inclusive 270 Euro pro Monat und 100 Euro Kaution.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind 35 und 37 Jahre alt, Yogalehrerin und Ärztin und recht umgänglich und aufgeschlossen im Kontakt.
Es ist eine Nichtraucher - Wg. Daher wäre es schön, wenn Du auch nicht rauchst und so zwischen 28 und 45 Jahre alt wärst. Wenn du glaubst, das könnte passen, melde Dich -am besten so schnell wie möglich-gern per Mail oder Telefon ----/-------. Ich freue mich auf rege Resonanz.
