Hallo WG-Suchende,
mein Zimmer in einer schönen 3er WG im Viertel wird zur Zwischenmiete vom 1. April bis voraussichtlich 1. Juli frei, vielleicht auch länger.
Die WG ist vollständig ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett (1,40m), Schreibtisch, Sofa und Schränken. Es gibt einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und jeder Menge Stauraum. Eine Dachterrasse geht vom Treppenhaus ab und ist super geeignet für sommerliche Grillabende oder um in der Morgensonne zu frühstücken. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ungefähr 80 m2 groß. Anschauen ist am besten abends oder am Wochenende möglich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Viertel im Ostertorsteinweg. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ihr seid keine 2 Gehminuten von sämtlichen Kneipen entfernt, die 10 und die 2 oder 3 bringen euch sowohl in die Innenstadt als auch schnell zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Uni ist ca. 25 Minuten entfernt, zur Hochschule kommt ihr in 15 Minuten. Penny, Netto und bald auch wieder REWE sind zu Fuß in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar.
