Hallo, ich suche dringend zum 1.4.13 eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein wunderschönes WG- Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ostertorsteinweg, ist ca. 100 qm groß und ist ein Altbau, also mit hohen Decken, Stuck etc. Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm groß und zur Seitenstraße raus, also sehr ruhig. Zu dem Zimmer würdet ihr zwei super tolle Mitbewohner ( beide im 30er Bereich) bekommen. Mein/e Nachmieter/in sollte keine Zweck-Wg wollen, sondern auch mal Spaß am netten Zusammensitzen haben. Insgesamt beläuft sich die Miete auf 350 €. Da ist alles inbegriffen: Miete, Strom, Nk, INet etc. Meldet Euch doch per Mail und dann können wir schnell Besichtigungstermine ausmachen. Viele Grüße
