Hallo liebe WG-Suchende!
Wir suchen zum 1.12. spätestenst eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 4er WG im Bremer Viertel. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Prangenstraße, perfekt gelegen zwischen Sielwall und dem Osterdeich, in den oberen zwei Etagen eines Einfamilienhauses (120qm). Das freie Zimmer ist mit seinen 8qm bei uns in der Wohnung zwar das kleinste, aber es wirkt auf jeden Fall größer als die 8qm erahnen lassen. Es kostet im Monat 265€ warm plus Internet, was sich auf etwa 7€ belaufen wird. Die Kaution beträgt 300€ und Maklergebühr 200€. Unsere WG besteht außerdem noch aus einer großen Küche mit Sofa und allem was man zum Kochen braucht, in der wir gern mal einen gesellige Abende verbringen. Darüber hinaus haben wir noch ein Wohnzimmer, in dem Du gern noch ein Schränkchen unterbringen kannst, wenn es nötig ist.
The house is quite big, 120 m2 on 2 floors, first and second floor of the whole house. Besides yours room of some 8 m2, and the rooms of other housemates, there is a living room (with 2 sofas), spacious kitchen (big dining table, all kitchen accessories – fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, juice maker, espresso machine, smoothie maker, and everything else you may find in a nice family house, plus a couch) there are 2 small toilets, one for each floor, and a big bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine.

Location is perfect in Viertel, 2 min walking from Weser and 4 min from Sielwall intersection. There you may take trams 2, 3 and 10 - you need 7 min to Hbf and 3 min to city-center, and 27 min to Uni or about 20min to Uni by bike.
Bars are all in a walking distance. Shopping is also good, many stores, bakeries, fast-food places, and restaurants are just a few minutes away. There isn't much more to be said about Viertel. Everything is there, and it is near. :)
Still, the house is in a very quiet street, with little traffic and no noise.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Janne (Soziologiestudentin), Frederik (Master Wirtschaftsingenierwesen) und Dragan (Doktorand in Politikwissenschaften). Wir sind eine offene WG, ab und zu kochen wir gern zusammen oder unternehmen etwas, ganz nach dem Motto: alles kann, nichts muss.
We all speak English, while Dragan is still learning German, but he understand a lot as well. So, du kannst auch auf Deutsch schreiben. :)
