Mein schönes Zimmer am Rande des Viertels ist zur Zwischenmiete frei! Es ist hell, gemütlich und hat einen wunderbaren Dielenboden.
Meine Möbel können für den Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete mitbenutzt werden. Dazu gehören:
Eine Matratze, ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Sessel, mehrere kleine Regale und ein Plattenspieler. Allerdings werde ich einen Teil meiner persönlichen Gegenstände (Bücher, Kleider..) auch da lassen.
Als Gemeinschaftsräume haben wir eine gemütliche Küche und ein kleines Wohnzimmer, in dem auch Gäste übernachten können. Von der Küche aus kommt man auf unseren kleinen Balkon und ein begehbares Dach.
My lovely sunny room is going to be free in August! The room is very cosy and has an wonderful wooden floor.
For the time you would live in my flat, you can use all my furniture. This includes: an mattress, a big desk, several small shelfs, a cupboard, a chair and a record player. Some of my personal stuff is going to be still in the room.
In the flat we share a cosy Kitchen and a small living room. From the Kitchen you have access to our small balcony and walkable roof.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral, mit einem Sprung ist man mitten im Viertel. Dort gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte, Bars, Cafés und alles andere was das Herz begehrt. An der Weser ist man in noch nicht mal fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Diverse Supermärkte sind in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Tür.
The location of the flat is very central. If you walk around the corner you are in the middle of an area called the "Viertel". Here are many small shops, bars and cafes. You walk in less than five minutes to the river side of the Weser. The tram stops right in front of our house.
Zusammen wohnen würdet Ihr hier mit drei lieben Menschen und einem Hund. Hier wohnen Ludwig, der im Austellungsbau arbeitet, Lisa, studiert Integriertes Design an der HFK und Hendrik, der gerade seinen Master in Neurobiologie macht. Wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen in der Küche, für ein Kaffee oder so, aber sind auch viel unterwegs und gehen unsere eigenen Wege.
You would live together with tree lovely people and one dog. Here are living Ludwig, he is working as a Setdesigner, Lisa, she is studing Design at the local Artschool and Hendrik he is doing his Master in Neuroscience. We like to sit together in our Kitchen, or on the roof, but we are also doing our own stuff.
Falls du etwas früher einziehen möchtest oder länger bleiben möchtest ist das auch möglich. Frag einfach mal nach!
