Viertel Bremen, 12 qm, Nachmieter in 4er WG ab November!"

Hallo,
da ich (Verena) aus Deutschland auswandere, sucht unsere WG eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in (zw. 20-30 Jahre) für mein gemütliches, komplett möbiliertes 12qm Zimmer mitten im beliebten Bremer „Viertel“. Das Zimmer wird ca. ab Anfang November frei, und die Miete beträgt 250 Euro warm, inkl. Telefon, Internet, Strom, Gas usw.
In meinem Zimmer stehen ein Bett, zwei Regale und ein Schreibtisch mit 2 Stühlen, und im Flur ein Wandschrank (für Kleider) zur Verfügung. Alle Möbel sind in gutem Zustand und gepflegt, und du würdest sie für ca. 130 Euro übernehmen können.

Unsere 4er WG hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Waschmaschine und 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Haus haben wir einen kleinen Kellerraum und einen abschliessbaren Fahrradkeller. Zusammen wohnen hier Tim (24), Ronja (20) und Marcus (23). Alle studieren, sprechen English und Deutsch, sind freundlich, unkompliziert und für jeden Spaß und gemeinsame Unternehmungen zu haben!

Die WG liegt in einer Seitenstraße nahe der Haltestelle Brunnenstraße und hat Ausblick auf den turbulenten Ostertorsteinweg. Da das Viertel der Szene- und Kultur-Treffpunkt in Bremen, rundherum sind Supermärkte, viele Restaurants und Kneipen, Apotheken, Kioske und alles was das Herz begehrt. Du wohnst super-zentral, mit 5 min Fahrt zum Bahnhof, 5 min Fußweg zum Fluss/Osterdeich Weser und 5 min zu Kino, Theater oder Stadion.

Hello there,
Because I (Verena) leave Germany, we are looking for a new , nice roommate (btw. 20-30 years) for my cozy, fully furnished, 12 qm room in the popular district “Viertel” in Bremen. The room will be available from the beginning of November, and the rent is 250 Euro warm, incl. telephone, internet, electricity, gas, etc.
In my room are a bed, 2 shelves and a desk with 2 chairs, and in the hallway a wardrobe (for clothes). For 130 euros it is possible for you to take over the furniture in the room, which is all in good condition and well maintained.
Our 4-person-shared-apartment has a large living room, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. In the house we have a small basement room and a bicycle cellar. Together here live Tim (24), Ronja (20) and Marcus (23). All are studying, speak English and German, and are friendly, uncomplicated and down for every joint ventures!

The apartment is in a side street near the tram station “Brunnenstraße” and the room has view on the turbulent Ostertorsteinweg. Since the “Viertel” is center of scene and culture in Bremen, you find many supermarkets, restaurants and pubs, pharmacies, newsstands around, with everything your heart desires. You live super-central, just a 10-min-drive off from the train station, 5 min walk to the river Weser, and 5 min walk to the cinemas, theatres and the stadium.
