Wir wohnen im Viertel in einer Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Badewanne und Wohnzimmer und großer Küche samt Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Frei wird ab 01.03. ein sehr schönes 16qm-Zimmer für 342 Euro im Monat (alles inklusive). Rauchen ist erlaubt. Fahrradhof, Kellerraum und Wäschekeller gibt es auch. Und deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind okay.
Zwischen Viertel und Schwachhausen -- Viertelkneipen, Hauptbahnhof und Uni sind gut zu erreichen.
Wir haben keine gemeinsame Kochverpflichtung oder so und können uns sehr gut in Ruhe lassen, hängen aber auch gerne mal gemeinsam mit Musik in der Küche oder in Viertelkneipen rum. Also keine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein Familienersatz. Wir sind grundsätzlich sehr offen für verschiedene Lebensstile, wollen aber nicht so gerne mit Patrioten oder Esoterikern wohnen. Kurz, wir suchen eine*n stabile*n Mitbewohner*in.
