Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer jeweils 10 qm und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Der Fußboden ist teils mit Laminat- und teils mit Paketboden ausgelegt. Bad und die Toilette ist von einander getrennt. Wir haben eine kleine Küche und eine Abstellkammer.
Die Lage ist Perfekt die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Viertel. Die Weser ist nur 3min Gehweg entfernt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr praktisch: Netto, Rewe etc ist sehr nah. Die Bahnverbindung 2,3,10 ist nur 1min Gehweg entfernt. Wer eine Partymaus ist, hat hier gute Möglichkeiten, die Bars und Shishabars sind gleich um die Ecke. Aber die Schlafzimmer sind trotzdem ruhig und man kann seelenruhig schlafen.
Es kann sich eine neue Wg erstellen, da wir alle zum April ausziehen :). Wir hatten ein schönes Wg leben, weil das Wohnzimmer genügend Platz anbietet zum Chillen zusammen essen und andere Freunde einzuladen.
Warmmiete ist 290 € inkl. Internet. Strom kostet jeweils ca. 20 €. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.
