Because one of us going to be away for 2 months, a room in our WG will be available beginning next year. The room is about 16 square meters and it fully furnished (bed, table lamp and where to place your clothe)
It has 5 small windows, two of them on the roof giving the room enough light during the day. The room is on the second floor of the house, where there is also a one of the 3 bathrooms and although a bit far from the kitchen, in the other hand it is very quiet.
The house is in a very quiet part of the Viertel, but at the same time very close to everything. Rewe is 4-5 minutes walk away, and other supermarkets are only a few minutes from the house. There is also very good access to public transport and the Haupbahnhof is 3 stations away from the house.
We are a total of 9 (+1) roommates, from 24-36 years. We like to live together in an uncomplicated way, but of course always with respect. We like to cook, eat and drink together in our big cozy kitchen-living room.
Things like coffee, toilet paper and onions are shared, we all pay 15 Euros for buying the basics. However, there is a group that shops together and shares all their food. When this is your thing, you are welcome to join them.
