Hallo ihr,
ich suche ab Januar eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein 16m2 großes Zimmer in einer Dreier-WG. Ich bin in dieser Zeit in München wegen eines Praktikums.
Die Miete beträgt 236,00 Euro warm inklusive Telefon flat und Internet flat. Meine Möbel würde ich soweit alle im Zimmer lassen (140x200 Bett, Sofa, großer Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, kleiner Abstelltisch). Aber das können wir individuell absprechen.
Du würdest mit meinen netten Mitbewohnern Jessica (20) und Marius (22), und Nachbarn (3 weitere WGs im Haus) zusammenwohnen, hättest es nicht weit in die Stadt (10min), zum HBF (15min) und zur Uni (25min) und die Haltestellen direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch gleich um die Ecke (Penny Markt, Walle Center).
