Da mein Mitbewohner auszieht (zum 1.12 oder 1.1.11, steht noch nicht genau fest) wird ein helles Zimmer mit Blick auf den Waller Park frei. Die Wohnung ist am Park gelegen, daher ist es ruhig und idyllisch, viele Vögel und Eichhörnchen kann man vom Mini-Balkon beobachten.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, Penny sowie das Walle-Center.
Mit den Bahnen 2,3,10 kommt man binnen 15min ins Zentrum bzw. zum Bahnhof und mit den Bussen 26, 28 in ca. 20min zur Uni und Hochschule.
Über zahlreiche Mails und Anrufe ----/-------) freue ich mich! Wir vereinbaren dann einen Termin zum Besichtigen.
