Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß, mit Blick auf den Hinterhof und kostet 230€/mtl. warm inkl. Strom + Internet + Festnetzanschluss. Eine Waschmaschine hab ich auch. Im Zimmer steht noch ein 4-Türen-Schrank den du benutzen kannst und ein gemütlicher Sessel.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 38,26m² groß, hat ein kleines Duschbad und eine Küche, von der man auf den Balkon gelangt. Sie liegt in Walle in der Schleswiger Straße nicht weit vom Walle Center. Lidl und REWE sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Straßenbahnlinien 10 und 2 sind in 10min. zu erreichen, der Bus 26 ist aber näher ca. 6min.
Zu meiner Person:
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere an der HS-Bremen. Ich geh zwar gerne aus, aber nicht zu oft. Für einen kuschligen Fernsehabend, Serien und Filme gucken, bin ich immer zu haben, aber keine schlimmen Horrorfilme. Zusammen Kochen und Essen mag ich auch.
