wir suchen zum im Betreff angegebenen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitbewohner/in in eine 4er Haus-WG in Walle.
Das Haus ist toll, hat eine große Wohnküche im EG, 2 Zimmer im 1.OG und 2 im 2.OG. Von denen wird ein Zimmer frei, es besteht allerdings aus 2 Räumen und ist hell und gemütlich (hängt natürlich auch davon ab, wie man es einrichtet;-))
Zum Haus gehört noch ein Keller und ein kleiner Garten mit Fahrradschuppen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, samt Geschirrspülmaschiene.
Das Zimmer kostet 260 Euro im Monat. Warm! Also alles drin: Telefon, Internet, Heizung, Strom, nur das Klopapier muss man extra noch kaufen;-)
Greift zu, billiger geht's nicht!:-)
Wir sind alle über 30 Jahre und hauptsächlich berufstätig (2w, 1m) und suchen jemanden für längere Zeit, aber muss nicht sein, es kann auch gerne Zwischenmiete sein.
