Das Zimmer ist etwa 12qm groß, hell und mit einem schönen Dielenfußboden. Es ist komplett möbliert mit allem was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist im 1OG in einem entspannten 3 Parteien Haus. Wir haben einen kleinen Balkon, einen Keller und einen Garten und außerdem WLAN und eine Waschmaschine die du natürlich mitbenutzen könntest.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Elisabethstr. 53a in einem ruhigen Teil von Walle. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Nr3 ist etwa 2 min entfernt, die Nr2 und Nr10 etwa 5 min. In die Innenstadt braucht man so oder mit dem Fahrrad eine Viertelstunde, zur Uni 35 min aber dafür ist die Hochschule für Künste direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem gibt es hier mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheken und alles Sonstige in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung teile ich mir mit Henning der an der Hochschule für Künste studiert und natürlich sehr nett ist. Wir kochen und essen öfters mal zusammen, trinken ein Bierchen und spielen gerne allerlei Gesellschaftsspiele.
Außerdem gibt es in meinem Zimmer noch ein Aquarium mit ein paar Fischen. Es wäre super wenn du dich in meiner Abwesenheit um die kümmern könntest, die sind aber ganz pflegeleicht (=> einmal täglich füttern) =)
