Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
wir bieten ein schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und kann bis etwa Anfang Juli (evtl. auch länger) gemietet werden. Das Zimmer ist ca, 12qm groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Folgende Möbel sind im Zimmer vorhanden: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und -Stuhl, Kommode und eine Unterbettkommode.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und kostet 320 Euro mit allem inklusive, also Strom, Internet usw. Außerdem würden wir dir anbieten, uns um Besorgungen wie z.B Toilettenpapier, Seife, Putzmittel usw. zu kümmern.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bremen-Walle, direkt hinter dem Waller Schwimmbad/Paradice. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke (Nahkauf, Lidl, Netto, Videothek, Post, etc) und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist es auch nciht weit. Direkt vor der Tür hält auch ein Bus, der zum Gröpelinger Depot fährt.
Wir leben zurzeit zu zweit in der Wohnung. Wir, das sind Brian (23 Jahre alt, Lebensmitteltechniker) und ich, Anna (21 Jahre alt, Studentin). Außerdem wohnt ein kleiner Hund bei uns (Emmie, 3 Jahre alt ;) ).
