Das Zimmer bietet mit 8 qm zwar nicht sehr viel Platz, aber es ist sehr schön und durch durch die Schiebetür und den guten Schnitt bestimmt ausreichend. Der Rest des Hauses bietet außerdem genug Platz, das Komplette Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Balkon, dazu ist das Haus unterkellert und wir haben einen sehr netten Garten.
In 2min ist man bei der "3" und in 7min bei der "10" und der "2", alle fahren in die Stadt. Mit dem Bus (ebenfalls 2 min entfernt) ist man in 19 min an der Uni. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man ca genauso lange unterwegs. Die Lage bietet sich natürlich auch sehr für HfK Studenten an.
Das wird sich dann wohl zeigen :) ich suche nicht nach ZweckWG Mitbewohnern und der Rest lässt sich am besten persönlich bequatschen.
