Wir bewohnen zu sechst ein ganzes Haus über 4 Etagen und momentan ziehen zwei Leute aus, wodurch zwei Zimmer im Souterrain frei werden ab September oder ab sofort.
Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt 6 Zimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Küche, zwei Bäder, Keller, Dachboden und Garten.

We live with 6 people in a house with 4 floors. Right now, 2 people are moving out, that's why we have two free rooms in the souterrain from September to March, the second room unlimited.
The house has 6 bedrooms, a big livingroom, kitchen, two bathrooms, basement, attic and garden.
Die WG liegt in Walle in der Reuterstraße, fast direkt am Fernsehturm.
Man findet hier alles was das Herz begehrt: der Netto ist direkt um die Ecke, ansonsten ist auch das Walle-Center nicht weit, es gibt Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Döner, Kiosk, Markt und auch die HfK ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Bahn und zum Netto braucht man ca. 2 Minuten, zur HfK sind es mit dem Fahrrad 8 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof und ins Viertel 10 Minuten bzw 15Minuten mit der Bahn. Zur Uni sinds mit der Bahn so 30 Minuten.

The house is in Walle in a street called Reuterstraße pretty close to the TV-tower (so always easy to find, just look for the tv-tower).
There's everything you might need right around the corner: supermarkets, shopping possibilities, restaurants, fast food, cafés, market and the Hochschule für Künste (HfK) is not far. Getting to the tram or supermarket takes you 2 minutes, to the HfK it's 8 minutes by bike, Hauptbahnhof is 10 minutes away by tram, to Viertel you need around 15 minutes and half an hour to university.
Bisher bestand die WG aus 5 Jungs und einem Mädel zwischen 23 und 28, mehr oder weniger am studieren, das muss aber nicht so bleiben. Insgesamt ziehen grade drei Leute aus, dementsprechend bleiben eine weibliche und zwei männliche Personen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg aber auch keine Kuschelzwang-WG, wir gehen also auch mal feiern oder kochen zusammen, ziehen uns aber auch zurück wenn wir ein bisschen Zeit für uns brauchen. Wir kaufen zusammen ein und haben ein flexibles Putzsystem, was aber auch alles mit neuen Mitbewohnern umgestaltet werden kann. Insgesamt ist die Atmosphäre recht entspannt, wir freuen uns über offene und tolerante neue Bewohner, die vielleicht auch unsere Begeisterung für Musik und Kunst teilen. :)

Until now we were 5 guys and one girl ages 23 to 28, but that doesn't need to stay that way. 3 people are moving out in the next months, so 2 guys and one girl are staying, for the new flatmates we have no gender preference.
We are pretty chill, most of us students and/or working part-time jobs, we sometimes cook or go out together but since we're many people there's also always the possibility to enjoy a little alone time. We buy groceries together and have a loose regulation for cleaning, but we can change that up any time. In general we like open minded and tolerant people who maybe also like music and art. :)
Falls du schon ein bisschen früher einziehen willst oder noch mehr Zeit brauchst ist das kein Problem, Einzugs- und Auszugsdaten sind flexibel. :)
Schreib mir einfach ein paar Zeilen über dich und wir machen einen Termin aus, an dem du mal vorbeischauen kannst. Falls du momentan nicht in Bremen bist, ist eine "WG-Besichtigung" über Skype natürlich auch möglich!
