Hallo zukünftige/r Nachmieter/in,
ich vermiete mein Wg-Zimmer ab dem 1.09. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Walle. Die sehr helle Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Zimmer, Küche, Tageslichtbad, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Kellerraum sowie einen Zugang zum Fahrradkeller. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17qm und des Balkons sehr lichtdurchflutet. Gern würde ich das Zimmer teilmöbliert (Kleiderschrank 50€, Bett 60€, Regalbretter 40€) vermieten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im vorderen Teil vom schönen Stadtteil Walle. Die Haltestellen der Bahnlinien 3,2,10 erreicht man in weniger als fünf Minuten. Somit ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, am Hauptbahnhof oder im Viertel.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Netto und Co.) sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Dein Mitbewohner Robert ist berufstätiger-Ingenieur und 29 Jahre, kocht gerne und treibt Sport.
