In unserer 3er WG in Walle wird zum 1.Oktober ein Zimmer frei. Es ist 11m² groß, gelegen neben unserer Küche und mit Blick auf den ruhigen Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig und entspannt und die Nachbarn super nett. Und wenns mal lauter wurde, störte es bisher niemanden.
Waschmaschine und Trockenraum befinden sich im 4.Stock, dein Rad kannst du im Fahrradkeller parken. Dazu gibt es noch einen riesigen privaten Kellerraum pro Wohnung.

Hello,
Starting October 1st 2015, we've got a free room in our 3-bedroom apartment in Walle. The room approximately 11m² large, is located next to our kitchen and overlooks the car park in front of the main entrance to the building. Our apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxed environment. We've got super nice neighbours who've never complained when there was need for us to make some noise.
The washing and drying facilities are located on the 4th floor. No worries if you've got a bike, we've got loads of space for it in the cellar. Additionally, there's a huge private cellar space per apartment.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Anbindung an die Öffis: mit dem Bus 28 vor der Haustür gelangst du zur Universität, mit der Bahn Linie10 zum Hauptbahnhof (8min) und mit der Linie 2 ins Viertel (15min), Wenn du zur Hochschule für Künste willst, sind es mit dem Rad nur 5min.
In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du alles was du brauchst: Supermärkte, Kneipen, kleine Shops, Kiosk, Einkauszentrum, Post, Banken&Sparkasse, etc. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Waller See, zur Weser, zum Bürgerpark oder zur Hafencity.

The apartment has a good access to the public transport: the tram stop "Hansestr." is only 2 minutes away. From there you can take bus 28 heading to the university. The central station is only 8 minutes away once you board tram number 10 and "Viertel" is train approximately 15 minutes away too. If by any chance you study at the University of Arts, then you've got an even faster possibility to get there. It takes only 5 minutes by bike.
You'll find everything you need In the immediate vicinity: supermarkets, bars, small shops, news stands, shopping mall, post office, banks (Sparkasse & Commerzbank are approximately 2 minutes from the apartment). It is not far from the Waller Lake, the Weser, the Bürgerpark or the HafenCity.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären dann die Studenten Clemens aus München (Master Grafikdesign) und Anthony aus Nigeria (Master Automatisierungstechnik). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen gerne mal zusammen :) Treffpunkt ist sowieso immer die Küche, da wir leider kein Wohnzimmer haben. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist super :=)

Your new room-mates would be Clemens from Munich (Master Graphic Design) and Anthony from Nigeria (Master Automation Engineering). Every now and then, we cook something together and literarily chat till the break of dawn :) The meeting place is almost always the kitchen, because we do not have a living room. It's often the easiest way to catch up on anything and everything =).
