Die Zimmergröße beträgt ca. 20 Quadratmeter bei einer Gesamtgröße der Wohnung von ca. 160 Quadratmeter. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine komfortable EBK mit geräumigem Esszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, Kamin, Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne + Gäste WC und einer großen Terrasse.
Desweiteren haben wir einen WG-eigenen Fahrradmechaniker & einen Haustechnicker ;).
Zusätzlich besteht die Option auf eine Sauna.
Die Warmmiete, incl. Strom und Internet, beträgt 460,00 Euro.

Die Wohnung liegt im Gewerbegebiet Bayernstraße über einer Glaserei wodurch es Tagsüber schon mal etwas lauter werden kann, meistens ist es allerdings sehr ruhig. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5 min. entfernt, und man ist mit dem Bus in 10 min. am Hbf. . Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der nahen Umgebung, Rewe ist zu Fuß ca. 8 min. entfernt, Lidl 10 min. , Netto 7 min..
