Hallo alle,
da meine Freundin für 6 Monate nach Italien geht, wird ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung frei! Das Zimmer ist etwa 11 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert, sodass alles da ist, was man braucht. Das Enddatum ist zur Not auch um 1-2 Wochen nach hinten flexibel.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit dem bequemesten Sofa der Welt, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein kleines Bad.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Walle und ist super an der Nahverkehr angebunden; man ist in 9 Minuten jeweils in der Stadt oder am Hbf und der Bus bringt einen in 20 Minuten direkt bis zur Uni.
Miete ist für alles zusammen 300€ im Monat.
Nun zu mir. Ich bin ein prima Mitbewohner, denn ich habe eine Playstation die du nutzen kannst. Den Fernseher auch. Kochen tue ich selten, aber wenn dann schmeckt es meistens mir am besten. Meine Zeit verbringe ich sonst ganz gerne auf dem Rugbyplatz oder feiernd daneben. (Bedingung für den Einzug: Einmal mit zum Training kommen!) Nebenbei studiere ich auch noch Sport und Englisch in Oldenburg.

Hey guys,
as my girlfriend will be going abroad there will be a room up for rent for the duration of 6 months! The room is about 11 square meters and fully furnished so you will have everything you'll need. End date is flexible for up to 2 weeks if needed.
There is a living room with an extremely comfortable couch, too, as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher and a small bathroom.
The flat is located in Walle and public transport brings you to the main station or city center in only 9 minutes and directely to campus in 20.
Rent is 300€/month all included.
I am a great flat-mate because you can use my Playstation and my TV if you like. My sport happens to be rugby, so if you are interested in the flat you'll have to join training at least once. I study sports and english in Oldenburg.
