Two furnished rooms in a WG in Walle. Both of the rooms have a bed, a wardrobe, a night stand and a table and a chair. Also the beddings (a pillow and a blanket) are included.
The apartment has two floors. Downstairs you can find a kitchen with all the basic equipments, such as microwave, toaster and cooking equipments (frying pans, casseroles) and a dining table. A big bathroom upstairs contains a washing machine, dryer, bath tub and a shower. Then also two toilets, one on each floors.
From the kitchen you may go to the huge balkony which is amazing especially in the summer.
Walle is really nice neighborhood. The tram stop is only few minutes away with the trams 2 (to the city centre 12-15mins) and 10 (to the HBF 7-10mins). The bus stop for the bus 28 is approx. 5 mins walk and by the bus 28 you may reach the Uni Bremen in 20mins.
Near the flat you can find several grocery stores (Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, Penny) drug store (Rossmann), pharmacy and also Sparkasse (bank) and a bakery are very near. The shopping centre Waterfront is only 25mins from the flat.
The neighborhood is nice and for example the Waller Park is only 2km away if you are interested in going outside for a run or a walk.
In the flat lives Swetlana (23), student from Germany, office worker Evelin (27) from Hungary and Ayse, student from Turkey. Our communication language is mainly English but also German goes and often we do speak sort of mixture of these languages :D
Our WG-life is quite calm. Sometimes we hang out together in the kitchen but sometimes the schedules don't match and you may not see anyone in the whole day. So the place is perfect for someone who likes to be social but we also appreciate if someone needs to relax and have own space. This is a frau-WG so we are looking only girls. This is not a party-WG.
