Das 19m² Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG (Dachgeschoss) der 6er WG. Das Haus wurde in 2019 komplett saniert. Auf jeder der 3 WG Etagen steht ein Duschbad mit Fenster zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist komplett neu und mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet.
Auch gibt es einen großen, offenen Wohn- und Essbereich.
Es gibt Kabel-Internet, ein 1000 M/Bit Vertrag wird sich in der WG geteilt.
3 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn der Linie 2 bzw. 10 (Haltestelle Wartburgstraße)
5 Gehminuten zum Bus der Line 28 (Haltestelle Hansestraße)
Von hier braucht der Bus ca. 20 Minuten zur Uni, mit dem Fahrrad dauert es etwa auch so lange.
Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, da sich direkt vor dem Haus ein größerer, kostenfreier Parkplatz befindet.
Die WG ist am 1.3. diesen Jahres frisch gestartet und es sind noch 3 Zimmer zu haben. Derzeit wohnen Tobias, 25 Software Entwickler, Andre, 25 und Auszubildender im 2. Jahr sowie Tobias, ebenfalls 25, der bei einer Bank arbeitet.
Zum Kennenlernen wäre Skypen mit den 3 oder eine Besichtigung möglich.

14 square meter room in 1st floor of a 6 room shared house. The kitchen is fully equipped and additionaly there is a dryer and a washing machine available (as well as a dish washer - for sure). 3 new bathrooms with a window (daylight) are on each of the 3 floors.
The room comes without furniture.
