Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof hinaus, du guckst auf unseren gemeinsamen bunten Balkon und auf Hinterhöfe unserer Nachbar*innen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Unsere gemeinsamen Räume sind eine kleine Küche mit einem Tisch, an dem zumindest wir Platz haben und ein ebenso kleines Bad mit Dusche. In allen Räumen, ausgenommen des Bades, sind schöne Dielen verlegt. Ich bewohne zwei Räume in der Wohnung, ein Schlaf- und ein Arbeitszimmer.

For the period of 01.06 - 31.07 I am looking for a new flatmate/room-mate for a cozy 14 square meter room.
That room is located towards the backyard. From your room you' ve got a great view over our balcony and backyard(s) that just begin to bloom. That room will be rented unfurnished.
We'll share a small but furnished kitchen and bathroom facilities (toilet and shower).
Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Vegesacker Straße im Stadtteil Walle. In der Straße und in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen sympathischen Laden und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Restaurants und Kneipen (auch wenn diese gerade nichte geöffnet sein können). Es gibt alle möglichen ÖPNV-Verbindungen, so wie die Regionalbahn (RS1), Straßenbahnen (Linie 2, 10) und Busse (Linie 26). Die Hochschule für Künste kannst du in ca 10 Minuten erreichen (zu Fuß). Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 25 Minuten, fährst dafür aber auch direkt durch den Bürgerpark. Mit Bus und Bahn ist man in ca. 30 min an der Uni.

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood named 'Walle', on a beautiful road. There are some nice restaurants and bars nearby (even though most of them are closed right now..), in addition there are many shopping possibilities in the proximity. There are several connections, like the regional train (RS1), trams (line 2, 10) and busses (line 26) close by. The University of the Arts can be reached in about 10 minutes. To University you need about 25 min (depends how fast your cycling) by bike right through the lovely Bürgerpark. By bus or tram you need about 30 min.
Ich selbst (Gesche) lebe bereits seit vielen Jahren in der Wohnung, seit 3 Jahren nun gemeinsam mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin, die ab Juni wieder zurück nach Hamburg zieht. Ihr Zimmer wird nun frei. Da auch ich aus der gemeinsamen Wohnung zum 31.07. ausziehe, suche ich nun noch eine*n Zwischenmieter*in, der/die Lust hat für diese zwei Monate mit mir in dieser schönen Wohnung zu leben. Trotz eben dieser sehr kurzen Zeit freue ich mich auf ein nettes Zusammenleben, verbunden gerne mit gemeinsamem Kochen & Getränken & Schnacks in unserer gemeinsamen Küche oder eben auf dem Balkon.

I already live in this apartment for many years, and now lived for three years with my current flatmate that now moves back to Hamburg. This is why her room is getting available. As I am moving out as well in the end of July (31.07.) I am looking for a flatmate for the periof of 01.06-31.07.2020.
Even though we'll just be flatmates for two months I am curious and happy about spending time together while cooking or having drinks togehter.
