Leider ziehe ich aus meinem super gemütlichem, schönem und sehr hellem Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon aus.
Das Zimmer ist vom Vermieter möbeliert (Bett, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal, Spiegel, Nachttisch), kann auf Anfrage jedoch auch selbst eingerichtet werden. Für die Möbel ist keine Abschlagszahlung nötig :)
Durch die deckenhohen Fenster und die südlage kommt immer viel Licht in den Raum.
Das Badezimmer und dich Küche sind relativ schlicht gehalten, man findet dort aber alles was man braucht.
Waschmaschine und Trockner werden vom Vermieter kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch ein Fahrradabstellplatz und einer weiterer Abstellraum sind vorhanden.
Auf Wunsch kann gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis auch das WLAN vom Vermieter genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer ist in einem Haus, welches nur von Studenten bewohnt wird und liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Stadtteil Walle.
Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Bahn 5min und zur Schlachte 10min.
In der Nähe findest du außerdem zahlreiche Supermärkte und auch das Walle-Center.
Sowohl die Uni als auch die Hochschule sind sowohl mit dem Fahrrad, als auch mi den Öffis gut zu erreichen.
