Die Lage ist mitten in Walle mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Öffis (Bahnhof 200m entfernt) und guten Restaurants, der Union Brauerei und Imbissen.

wir (Sarah, Felix, Simon und Jakob) suchen zum 01.Juli eine Mitbewohner*in für den Rest unseres und deines Lebens. Edit: Wir haben eine Katze! Kyra ist lieb und anfangs etwas scheu, dann aber durchaus auch verschmust.
Unsere WG liegt in der Nähe des Waller Bahnhofs (5 min Fußweg). Es gibt vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Entfernung. Wir haben ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten und Klimaanlage und einen eigenen schönen Garten samt Terrasse.
Wir sind teilweise im Berufsleben (Soziale Arbeit), oder studieren (Physik/Bio). Ab und zu steigt bei uns ne Feier oder ein gemeinsamer Filmabend.
Mit uns kannst du über über alles mögliche philosophieren oder lachen, wir sind sehr offen und aufgeschlossen und für neue Ideen immer zu haben. Des Weiteren treiben wir
Sport und haben diverse Hobbys (Kreatives, Elektronik, Bouldern, Fußball).
Wir pflegen eine offene Feedbackkultur und Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.
Du könntest dich also vielfältig ausleben und findest bestimmt immer jemanden aus der WG der sich dafür begeistern kann. Die Wohnung ist echt wunderschön und super groß, auf den Fotos gibs einen kleinen Ausblick auf das was dich erwartet.

Hi there,
We (Sarah, Felix, Simon and Jakob) are looking for a roommate for the rest of our and your lives starting July 1st. Edit: We have a sweet and shy cat named Kyra.
Our shared flat is located near the Waller train station (5 min walk). There are various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. We have a shared living room with a conservatory and air conditioning and our own beautiful garden and terrace.
We are partly working (social work) or studying (physics/bio). Every now and then we have a party or a movie night together.
You can philosophize or laugh about anything with us, we are very open and open-minded and always up for new ideas. We also do sports and
sports and have various hobbies (creative, electronics, bouldering, soccer).
We have an open feedback culture and cleanliness is important to us.
So you could live out your life in many different ways and you're sure to always find someone in the flat share who is enthusiastic about it. The apartment is really beautiful and super spacious, the photos give you a small glimpse of what to expect.
