Dein Zimmer hat hohe Decken und Holzfußboden und liegt ruhig gelegen nach hinten raus mit Balkon vor dem Fenster.
Es gibt eine gemütliche Wohnküche, von der aus der Balkon erreichbar ist, und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, von denen zwei mit Schiebetür verbunden sind, in denen ich mit meinem Hund Watson wohne. Das eine Zimmer ist dabei eher ein Arbeits- und Wohnzimmer, das auch gemeinsam genutzt werden kann.
Da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird das Zimmer voraussichtlich zum 1.8. frei, ein Einzug zum 15.8. wäre aber auch möglich. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.

Your room has a high ceiling and a wooden floor and is located in a quiet area to the back with a balcony in front of the window.
There is a cozy kitchen-living room, from which you can reach the balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment consists of three rooms, two of which are connected with a sliding door, where I live with my dog Watson. The one room is more of a study and living room, which can also be shared.
Since my current roommate is moving out, the room will probably become available on 1.8., but it would also be possible to move in on 15.8. The room will be handed over unfurnished.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Walle Center und der Überseestadt, zu Fuß geht es in 10 Minuten zur HFK, Busse und Bahnen fahren um die Ecke in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg, vom Waller Bahnhof braucht man nur 3 Minuten mit Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine hohe Kneipendichte in der Vegesacker Straße, die direkt im die Ecke ist. Hinter dem Haus liegt die Waller Mitte, ein kleiner grüner Park zum Sonnen und Boule spielen mit angrenzendem neuen Bauprojekt und toller Community, die Sonntags Kaffee verkauft und hoffentlich bald Selbsthilfe-Repair-Café und Fahrradwerkstatt beherbergt.

The apartment is located between the Walle Center and the Überseestadt, walking distance to the HFK is 10 minutes, buses and trains go around the corner in about 5 minutes walk, from the Waller station you need only 3 minutes by train to the main station. There are many shopping opportunities and a high density of pubs in Vegesacker Straße, which is just around the corner. Behind the house is the Waller Mitte, a small green park for sunbathing and playing boules with adjacent new construction project and great community that sells coffee on Sundays and hopefully soon hosts a self-help repair café and a bicycle workshop.
Ich studiere zur Zeit an der HFK, bin gelernte Maßschneiderin, handwerke oft an irgendwas rum, bin viel draußen unterwegs mit meinem Hund Watson (m, 6, Leonberger-Mischling) , koche gerne viel, wenn ich Zeit hab oder Freunde zu Besuch sind und bin ansonsten oft an der HFK oder am Werdersee anzutreffen. Ich bin auf der Suche nach lieben Menschen, die Lust auf ein harmonisches WG-Leben haben, in dem man gerne mal in der Küche zusammen sitzt und gemeinsam kocht oder ein Glas Wein trinkt, wenn es sich ergibt, aber auch ok damit sind, wenn man Zeit und Platz für sich alleine braucht, oder sich mal seltener über den Weg läuft.
WG-Erfahrung ist erwünscht, genauso wie Toleranz, Offenheit und Ehrlichkeit.
Sexismus, Rassismus, Rechtsextremismus, etc. sind natürlich unerwünscht.
Und natürlich solltest du im Idealfall Hunde mögen.

I am currently studying at the HFK, am a trained tailor, often work on some projects, like to be out and about with my dog, Watson (m, 6, Leonberger-mix), like to cook a lot when I have time or friends are visiting and can otherwise often be found at the HFK or at the Werdersee. I am looking for nice people who want to live in a harmonious flat-sharing community, where you like to sit together in the kitchen and cook together or drink a glass of wine, if there is time, but are also ok with it, if you need time and space for yourself, even if you meet each other less often.
WG experience is expected, as well as tolerance, openness and honesty.
Sexism, racism, right-wing extremism, etc. are of course not welcome.
And of course you should ideally like dogs.
