Moin,
aufgrund eines längeren Auslandaufenthaltes, möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer zwischenvermieten. Insgesamt besitzt die WG ca. 110 qm und einen super Mitbewohner. Zudem gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche und ein weiteres mit Wanne. Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Zimmer würde ich möbliert vermieten. In der Miete von 430 € sind alle Kosten enthalten.
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Haltestelle Hansator (3 min). Von dort aus seid ihr in wenigen Minuten in der Innestadt.
Trotzdem hört man keinen Verkehrslärm.
Euer neuer Mitbewohner ist ein sehr geselliger Typ. Ein Bier ab und an am Abend sowie zusammen zu kochen oder etwas zu unternehmen gehört einfach dazu.
Aktuell haben wir auch eine Putzfrau, was das Leben doch sehr erleichtert ;).
Bei Interesse meldet euch einfach und schaut euch die Wohnung an. Erreichbar bin ich momentan nur per E-Mail.
Grundsätzlich ist auch ein früherer Einzug möglich.
