Hallo.
Ich suche ab September eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Sie liegt direkt am Bürgerpark in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gerade mal 10 min von der Uni bzw von der Innenstadt entfernt. Bushaltestellen sind in 3 bzw 5 Minuten und Supermärkte in ca 10 Minuten, alles zu Fuß, zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer liegt in nord-östlicher Richtung und ist sehr hell und geräumig. Eventuell bleibt ein Kleiderschrank in dem Zimmer, sonst ist es unmöbliert. Schränke und Kommoden, in Buche, habe ich aber auch noch, die ich euch zur Verfügung stellen könnte.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein neue Einbauküche (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Eisschrank, Mikrowelle...), einem geräumigen Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche, Waschmaschine, Abstellraum, Garderobe und einem Kellerraum + Fahrradkeller.
Besichtigungen können per Mail vereinbart werden.
