Wir wohnen im ersten und zweiten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses. Zu vermieten ist das Zimmer, das sich im zweiten Stock befindet, mit einer gesamten Größe von 15,5 m². Zu dem Zimmer gehört auch noch ein zweites sehr kleines Zimmer welches man z.B. als Abstellkammer benutzen könnte. Sonne hat man bereits morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag, also ein schön helles Zimmer.
Die Miete beträgt 230€ plus ein 325€ Deponat. In den angegebenen Mietkosten sind die Nebenkosten bereits enthalten, Telefon/Internet kommt aber nochmal dazu. Ferner sind wir stolze Besitzer einer Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und eines kleinen Balkons.
Unsere Wohnung besteht neben unseren Zimmern aus einer Küche, einem großen Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Tageslicht sowie einem kleinen Gäste-WC.

We are living on the first and second floor of a two-family house. The room is located on the second floor and has 15,5m². Included is a small second room which can be used for storage or for any other purpose. The room has two big windows which face south and thus is very bright and sunny.
The rent is 230€ per month which includes everything except Internet/Phone which is an additional 8€ (per month). So the total is 238€.
The deposit is 325€.
In addition to all of the usual things we do have a dishwasher, a washing machine and a small balcony.
Our apartment contains our rooms, a kitchen, a guest-toilet and a big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
Wir wohnen an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße am (guten) Rand von Walle. ;) Ich finde es sehr hübsch hier mit den kleinen Lädchen und nette Nachbarn gibt es auch. Die Supermärkte und die sind Straßenbahnstationen gleich in der Nähe. Die Haltestelle Wartburgstraße (2, 10) ist in fünf Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus 28 ist man in ca. 20 Minuten bei der Uni (Tür zu Tür). Zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Waller Bahnhof sind es jeweils 10 Minuten mit dem Rad, sehr gut für Studenten der Jacobs Uni, und auch die Innenstadt liegt nur 15 Radfahr-Minuten entfernt.

We live in quiet street in Walle (a district of Bremen). The neighborhood is very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and friendly neighbors.
Multiple supermarkets, tram and bus stations are less than 5 minutes from our apartment. We are 10 min away from Hbf and city center.To the University you can take the Bus 28 (door to door only 20 min).
We are not a party WG but we have a very nice and cosy atmosphere at home. We enjoy hanging out in the kitchen, watching movies and going for dinner together. We also appreciate some peace and quiet in our own rooms after a long day of work.
Since not all of us speaks German, we mostly speak in English here.
