Das Zimmer ist das größte der Wohnung und ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet. Es verfügt über ein Bett, einen Nachttisch, einen Schreibtisch, einen Sessel, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, einen Spiegel und einen großen Flachbild-TV 43 Zoll. Der WiFi-Router steht direkt in deinem Zimmer, d.h. die Verbindung ist sehr schnell!
Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast, deswegen ist es ganz ruhig, obwohl sie zur Straße hin ausgerichtet sind.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Herd, Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächer, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchentisch, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigener abgeschlossener Keller mit Trockner und zusätzlich ein allgemeiner Keller für Fahrräder etc.

The room is the largest in the apartment and is fully furnished and equipped. It has a bed, a nightstand, a desk, an armchair, a wardrobe, a shelf, a mirror and a large flat screen TV 43 inches. The WiFi router is right in your room, which means the connection is very fast!
The windows are double-glazed, so it's quite quiet even though they face the street.
In the kitchen there is everything you need: stove, fridge with 3 compartments, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen table, dishes, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
The apartment also has its own cellar with a tumble dryer and a common cellar for bicycles, etc.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral:
- direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Hansestraße Linie 2 / 10 (1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt)
- ca. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt
- zur Uni sind es ca. 10 - 15 Minuten

Deine Mitbewohner sind Fayez und Ahmed.
Fayez (29) arbeitet als Zahnarzt und neben der Arbeit fotografiert er gerne. In seiner Freizeit hat er meistens Bock auf ein paar Bierchen und ist immer bereit, über verschiedene Themen zu quatschen oder an einer Fahrradtour teilzunehmen. Er hört gerne Musik, schaut Fußballspiele und manchmal Serien oder Filme.
Ahmed (26) kommt aus Tunesien und ist in Deutschland seit 6 Monaten. Zurzeit lernt er Deutsch, dann wird er einen Job als Ingenieur suchen. In seiner Freizeit guckt er Serien und macht Fahrradtouren.
Sie würden sich eine entspannte, ruhige, saubere und freundliche Person wünschen. Jeder kann seine eigene Ruhe haben, aber sie freuen sich auch über gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
