Die Wohnung liegt im 2 OG. eines 6 Parteienhaus. Die Wohonung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. Die Wohnung ist im März komplet Renoviert worden, mit neuen Duschbad, neue und modernen Fenstern und einer Einbauküche mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einer Spühlmaschiene und Herd. Die 2 Zimmer die zu haben wären sind beide ca. 15 m² groß und haben eine kleine Schräge mit drin.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Um zum Bahnhof Kirchweyhe zu komme ist es 1 km. Dort fährt jede Stunde ein Zug zum Hauptbahnhof Bremen. Einkäufe des Täglichen Lebens sind in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Da zu zählen Edeka, Tankstelle, Apotheken und Ärzte.
Ich suche einen Jungen Mann egal ob Berufstätig oder Stunden. Er sollte nur wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordenlichkeit legen. Ich selbst bin Berufstätig im Schichtdienst. Was mir sehr wichtig ist, das eine Sympatie dasein sollte und ein Sichere Mietzahlung.
Da ich ja im Sichtdienst Arbeite bin ich per Handy immer errichbar. Am besten ist aber per Mail da es heute ja kein problem mehr ist diese von Überall zu empfangen.
